Fun and Artful Gift Ideas
This year’s Small Works Gift Show opened to a big crowd of enthusiastic shoppers and art lovers! Friday night and Saturday saw dozens of small and affordable artworks gift wrapped and heading out the gallery door. We are so happy to feel supported by the Helena community — and to in turn, give our artists the motivation to keep working in their studios!
Over 600 pieces make up this show, everything hand made by an artist – walnut serving boards, carved wood panels, ceramic sculptures, tiny oil paintings and acrylic paintings, encaustic art, porcelain cups and mugs, woodcut prints and linocuts, etchings, monoprints, vases, turned wood bowls, stoneware goblets, silk scarves, a large variety of one-of-a-kind jewelry, covered jars, collages, decorative wall tiles and plates, framed drawings, greeting cards and artist-made ornaments, candle holders, tiny shrines, bowls, shot glasses and figurative sculptures.
One-of-a-Kind … Just Like You and the Ones You Love
My husband and I buy a piece of art every year for our home, as a gift to ourselves – something we’ve been eyeing for awhile and have fallen in love with. Maybe you’ll start a tradition like ours.

Take a look at some examples of the kind of one-of-a-kind art you could give to loved ones, friends and colleagues. Or … you might even find a gift for yourself.
Check out our Instagram photos to see more art from the 2018 Small Works Gift Show. We upload details of various pieces by our artists, every couple of days. If you see something you’d like, just inquire, direct message us or comment and we’ll try to make it happen for you! Cheers of the Season and Sweet Winter to you.
